Managers are already under intense pressure in the hybrid workplace, and\u00a0<a href=\"#\">several studies recognize the high mental health risks<\/a>\u00a0in today\u2019s environment.<br \/>\nIn the workplace, autonomy means being empowered to make decisions. Personalizing the work experience will undoubtedly play an increasingly important role.
